Calculating the cost of your stay. The following costs are added to the total nightly room rates:

$200 per stay cleaning fee*, $30 per stay administration fee, State and Local Taxes. 

*With a 3200 sf home containing 4 bedroom & 4 baths, there is a lot of laundry, cleaning, and sanitation that occurs before each stay.
